Employee introduction

Japanese engineer

Seeking your power

Recruiter  Eri  Tamaki

It was reported that 80,000 people were dismissed and lost their jobs in the corona vortex.

Civil engineers are not dismissed even in this situation. It is a stable job that is not affected by restructuring or bankruptcy. Do you think that the image of the construction industry is that there will be few holidays and that it will be dangerous? Minato Civil is different. It is a workplace that considers work styles tailored to each employee who has been certified as a work wife balance promotion company in Tokyo.

Some male employees have taken childcare leave. Some employees take care of their elderly parents by using a personal day that leaves the office on time every Wednesday.

New graduates who are hired every year are given more confidence in their ability to be hired as civil engineers by focusing on study sessions and guidance for acquiring qualifications. Therefore, young people in their 20s and 30s make up 60% of all employees in Minato Civil.

All women are engineers. In addition to on-site office work, we also carry out quality control tests and finished product management measurements. Educational background is a graduate of a high school of general course, a university of liberal arts, and a junior college. In other words, I didn't aim for the construction industry, so I joined Minato Civil because of my relationship. Such girls gained experience, acquired qualifications, and became engineers.

Civil engineering work is a natural work, so no one site is the same. The real thrill of advancing manufacturing while fully demonstrating one's technical capabilities and on-site capabilities is a rewarding job that cannot be experienced in the service industry or desk work.

Public works in Tokyo are diverse, with development and repair. We are looking for human resources from a wide range of age groups and various genres in order to grow without relying on one technology.

We welcome applications from people who have experience in civil engineering, women called Dobojo, young people who have no experience in working while learning about civil engineering, and people who want to switch from different industries.

Civil engineers are proud to play an indispensable role of "protecting the local social infrastructure".

We will provide you with the knowledge and experience. Please bring motivation and energy.

I'm from liberal arts and have no basic knowledge of civil engineering! The reason I chose to be an engineer in the construction industry is that I can work anywhere in Japan by having a qualification as a first-class civil engineering construction management engineer and experience in construction management.

At first, I thought that the construction industry was a man's job, and that it was a world where physical strength was important. However, when I searched for "Kensetsu Komachi" on the Internet, I found that female engineers involved in the construction management I was aiming for were active here and there.

The job content of the site supervisor who manages all of the construction is to manage the quality based on the design documents, work instructions to the craftsmen involved in the construction, schedule management of the construction, safety management, etc.

My goal this year is to pass the second-class civil engineering construction management engineer's academic test. Anyone over the age of 17 can challenge this qualification, and it is said that "no one has failed so far", and I am nervous that I can never remove this qualification.

Everyone in their 20s who are at a loss! Don't worry about handicap, why don't you work at Minato Civil?

The construction industry is a job that even girls can earn!I applied for Minato Civil, which develops the "Dobojo Training Project" that aims to become an engineer in the future. The purpose is because of the high salary and the chance to get a job.

One of the female seniors has a civil engineering construction management engineer level 1 and two seniors have a civil engineering construction management engineer level 2.

To catch up and overtake it, I am learning not only business etiquette but also CAD training and surveying methods to become a civil engineer.
First of all, this year, I will challenge the second grade of construction accountant.

Those who are wondering what the construction industry is! Minato Civil will teach you kindly and politely from the beginning. Work on site is fun, why not work together as a construction management office work?

Takayuki Hatakeyama

Joined Reiwa in January 3rd Department of Construction and Social Engineering

After graduating from college, I worked in the construction industry as an engineer. However, I felt unsatisfactory because of all the assigned work at the place where I was assigned. When I was thinking, "I want to learn from the beginning from bidding to construction and completion" and "I want to work as a supervising engineer at the port site," I noticed the Minato Civil website. I applied because I thought that it was a construction company that was certified as a work-life balance promotion company in Tokyo and was ideal for a corporate culture that emphasizes individual skills.

I am in charge of construction management as an engineer, but the construction management method of Minato Civil is unique. A style in which veterans with knowledge and technical skills and younger generations with physical strength and observing ability team up to complete the construction!

The skills you have acquired will shine as much as you polish them. I am motivated to continue to be a civil engineering expert for another 20 years. If you are not convinced of yourself now, find your true position in Minato Civil!

I was looking for a place to work, rather than being a "specialist" who masters only one job, to challenge various jobs and become a "powerful generalist under the hood" who supports bosses and leaders.

Meanwhile, I met Director Tamaki at a joint interview with Hello Work, in which various companies participated. I would like the construction manager to prepare the documents to be submitted to the government office, support the site, general affairs / accounting work at the head office, respond to customers and respond to telephone calls. I wanted to work to support my boss and leader, so I asked him to do an internship and decided to apply.

On Wednesday's personal day (the day of leaving the office on time), the president turns off the lights in the room and urges him to return home, so the management of working hours is so strict that there is almost no overtime. Instead, the morning assembly starts at 7:30, so the morning is early! This morning assembly is treated as overtime.
Overtime is about 15 hours a month including the morning assembly. It's perfect for me who was looking for a workplace where I could get up on time.

Why don't you start the construction management work together from the office work in Minato Civil, which has a good work-life balance?

I passed the national qualification of the second grade civil engineering construction management engineer's department test in one shot! It will take another two years to clear the conditions for taking the field test (4 years and 6 months of work experience), and I will do my best as a field agent until I call myself the chief engineer.

My on-site agent debut site is a BIG project of 800 million yen! Every day is a storm of tension. So far, I have experienced two sites as an engineer in charge of river construction, and as a leader of engineers in the same 20s, I was entrusted with finished product management and safety management.

Now, we are negotiating with the government office, which is the ordering party, explaining the construction to local residents, and discussing with neighboring contractors and related organizations.
I realize that it is difficult to do things that are commonplace, such as speaking my thoughts well and listening to people's opinions, and I am trying to improve my communication skills.

Even if you are not interested in the construction industry, you are welcome!
We are also waiting for applications for regular courses!
Bring out your abilities.

I have been in the construction industry for about 10 years.

At Minato Civil, which has been certified twice as a Tokyo work-life balance, we are implementing training during working hours and leveling work to curb long working hours.

Thanks to you, I passed the national qualification of Level 2 civil engineering construction management engineer and became a new engineer.

Currently, he is playing an active role as a "dobojo" while learning at the site of seismic retrofitting of the Nomigawa tide embankment.
You can also do general affairs and accounting relations perfectly. This is because I have passed the second grade of construction accounting.

Women who are wondering what the construction industry is!
At Minato Civil, we will teach you kindly and politely.
Would you like to work with us as a construction management office?

Nobutaka Yamanaka

Joined the company in April 2009, Graduated from the English conversation department

Five years after joining the company, he was appointed as a director and is in charge of the entire construction department.

There are 15 engineers, of whom 7 were born in Heisei.
In addition, there are four young foreign engineers.

Raising young people is not easy. This is because unless you grow up, your opponent will not grow up either.
Even if you are young, Minato Civil has many opportunities to appreciate your ability and achievements.

Minato Civil, which proceeds with "Do it! Do it!" Instead of "Can you do it? Can't you?", Is looking for executive candidates. Everyone in their 30s and 40s. Would you like to demonstrate leadership?

Let's work together to create your ideal company.
